Everything in our shop is made to order, so all SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS.

No cancellations on already placed orders.

No switching/swapping items on already placed orders, that applies to orders that have not been shipped.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME! ENTER YOUR ADDRESS AND EMAIL CORRECTLY DURING THE CHECKOUT. DUE TO THE HEAVY VOLUME OF EMAILS, IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT INFORMATION, IT MAY NOT BE CAUGHT IN TIME, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER SHIPPING CHARGE TO HAVE THE ISSUE CORRECTED.

All products are unique and made per order. If you ordered the wrong size, color, provided the incorrect spelling/phrases or simply do not like the product refunds and exchanges are NOT supported. Before we forward your order to the carrier, HEY SK  LLC will always ensure the quality of the product; however, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping damaged items back and Hey SK LLC will handle the shipping of replacement items. Customer must obtain shipping confirmation and hold on to it until exchanged is process.
